- Leads plant Measurements and Controls team in supporting manufacturing operations, through controls and process improvement projects, equipment failure analysis and resolution as well as small to medium project leadership.
- Provides support for new equipment builds and transferring equipment after installation to the plant when acting as receiver.
- Champions and leads controls standards development and continuous improvement.

- Actively participates in receivership of electrical/control systems delivered to the plant, during design, fabrication, integration and testing, installation and production start-up.
- Influences concepts and design of systems targeted for the plant by participating in formal quarterly processes such as Controls Core Technology Review meetings and bi-annual Core Technology summits.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology with 5+ years electrical/controls experience
- Rockwell programming experience, specifically ControlLogix, integration and implementation
- Strong fundamental understanding of electrical design practices, machine/motion control systems, electro-mechanical systems, programming, and system integration
- Well versed in the rules and regulation relating to implementation and standard methodologies in electrical system design and implementation
DESIRED:
- Works well with other disciplines (IT, process, mechanical engineering)
- Some knowledge of equipment engineering, process support and debug
- Strong Leadership Background and desire to grow in technical leadership
- Vision System Experience
- Robotics Experience
