In the Sales Support team, you will assist in improving the Customer Experience for self-service customer segments through direct engagement with customers that facilitates use of online channels for managing their shipments end to end.
Develop action plan for existing accounts to achieve budget targets
Manage service delivery and issue resolutions
Gathers market research and competitive intelligence
Ensures proper handover to other functions

What Are We Looking For?
Native level of Japanese language proficiency.
Good command of English in reading & writing.
Commercial related experience (Customer Service/Sales, etc) in any field.
Shipping/logistic knowledge would be added as an advantage.
As a customer service agent of TOUCH as the point of entry with customer, to deliver the products that Sales have sold to customers by effective approach and communication with customers taking initiative and offering ‘value’ while handling various internal customer service tasks for export, import and cross-trade in Intra Asia trade.
