Oversees and adjusts the Talent Acquisition end to end process acording to business needs.
Builds and maintains relationships with senior level hiring managers and Talent COE.
Generates and oversees recruiting campaigns to strengthen our position as Employer of choice
Supports and looks for technology improvements
Establishes and maintains relations with key external stakeholders to elevate the talent network sourcing and Employer Brand position in the market place
Generates metrics based on SLAs on a monthly base and provides visibility to stakeholders based on trends and learnings. Keep track of teams' productivity.
Generates and maintains relationship with Outsourcing vendors
Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition
Experience in talent management
Manufacturing industry experience
